What to build

Add the Fun source kind to the Learn tab: a second section, Fun, below Learning, listing articles from enabled Fun sources published in the last 3 days. Fun articles never appear in Today or the Briefing.

Add these curated Fun sources (English):

Source	Feed	Default
xkcd	`https://xkcd.com/atom.xml`	on
The Daily WTF	`https://thedailywtf.com/rss`	on
r/ProgrammerHumor (top of the day)	`https://www.reddit.com/r/ProgrammerHumor/top/.rss?t=day`	off

Comics and memes are mostly images, so check that opening one shows the image (reader view or original page).

Acceptance criteria

The Learn tab shows a Fun section with the last 3 days of Fun articles
xkcd and The Daily WTF are on by default; r/ProgrammerHumor is off
Opening an xkcd item shows the comic
Fun articles are excluded from Today and the Briefing
The live feed test passes for the new Sources
